EMJ named Collaborative Building Team of the Year

Cabelas-BRIC-Award
EMJ Construction was named CSI’s “Collaborative Building Team of the Year” at the Building Recognition in Chattanooga (BRIC) awards on April 26th. EMJ received the honor for our Cabela’s project in Fort Oglethorpe, Ga.

The award speaks to our C2C promise of transparency and collaboration with all team members to maximize potential and capture untapped value.

In addition to the Cabela’s recognition, River Street Architecture received an honorable mention in the “AIA Best Design of the Year” category for EMJ Hospitality’s Holiday Inn & Suites in downtown Chattanooga, and DH&W Architects was honored with the “Sustainable Project of the Year” award for the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport terminal built by EMJ Construction.
The BRIC Awards is a program developed by the Associated General Contractors of East Tennessee, American Institute of Architects of Chattanooga, Construction Specification Institute of Chattanooga, green|spaces and Sustainability Professionals of Greater Chattanooga to recognize the best of the best in the building industry. The event was presented by the Associated General Contractors of East Tennessee and benefited the ACE Mentor Program.
