EMJ assisted Chattanooga Whiskey Co. in repurposing a former car dealership into a modern, full-scale distillery and barrel storage facility. The company’s new home includes over 10,000 square feet of production space, 2,000 square feet of office space, 4,000 square feet of future event space, and the capacity to house over 4,000 barrels of bourbon whiskey.
