Overview
Overlooking the Tennessee River, this LEED Silver-awarded hotel sits in downtown Chattanooga, Tenn., and is the anchor for a master development that includes a restaurant, townhomes and retail properties, in addition to a 54-slip boat dock. The hotel includes 116 guest rooms, several of which feature private balconies overlooking the marina and the city's “Riverwalk." With a contemporary appearance both inside and out, the SpringHill Suites accommodates an independent restaurant as well as an expansive outdoor area, meeting spaces, an indoor pool, and fitness center. The new prototype lobby and public areas in the final design influence future SpringHill Suites designs.
