Overview

The Southwest Tennessee Community College project is located in Memphis, Tenn., and involves a new 106,300 square-foot, two-story academic building with tilt-up concrete wall construction, a glass curtain wall system, and channel glass. The interior includes chemistry labs, physics labs, biology labs, computer labs, classrooms conference rooms, and administrative offices. The atriums feature elevated glass walkways with glass handrails and a resin epoxy flooring similar to terrazzo. Corridors include an epoxy coating for durability. Classrooms are equipped with A/V equipment. Laboratories have extensive casework with epoxy countertops.
