EMJ Construction Dallas serves the needs of clients throughout the Southwest and beyond. Established in 1990, the Dallas team maintains a diverse portfolio of construction projects ranging from large retail developments and industrial centers to office complexes and entertainment venues. Each member of Dallas’ leadership team provides more than 20 years of industry experience and is responsible for executing some of EMJ’s largest projects in company history. Built on a culture of servant leadership, the Dallas team aims to deliver unique value through exceptional client experiences by providing a customized construction approach based on each client’s goals and vision for their construction project.

William Mosher

William Mosher

As Executive Vice President of EMJ Construction’s Dallas office, William provides day-to-day leadership and management to the Dallas-based construction teams, overseeing the operations and success of the office. Born and raised in Dallas as part of a construction family, William has a lifetime of industry experience. Following his graduation from Centenary College of Louisiana in 1998, he joined the EMJ team and has served in various roles from project engineer to director of construction. In his 20 years of experience, he has led a variety of projects from retail developments and office spaces to hospitals and resorts, including River Spirit Casino Resort—EMJ’s largest project to date. William and his wife of 18 years, Tyler, have four children, Grace, Hatton, Lyle and Pate. A resident of the Park Cities, he is active in his community and stays involved in the three HPISD schools at which his children attend.

George leads EMJ’s Dallas team in growing its retail single tenant portfolio as a sustainable and profitable division, promoting teamwork and collaboration within his entire project team, and ensuring that his team delivers exceptional client experiences. George has been a part of EMJ’s team since 2007. His leadership and client management encourage his team to deliver unique value and fulfill EMJ’s mission. George has nearly 20 years of experience in construction and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Design from California State University, Chico. He is OSHA 10-Hr. certified and holds several SWPPP Certifications and NPDES Compliance Certifications. He is involved with ICSC and continues to participate in local industry events and training. George lives in Frisco with his wife and their two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering at his church, hunting, camping, golfing and coaching his daughters’ athletic teams.

Jason Dunnam

Jason Dunnam provides day-to-day leadership to the construction operations team. He provides oversight and strategic vision on all projects, ensuring every client receives an innovative and customized construction experience. His primary goal is to serve and support the operations team—including Project Managers, Superintendents and Project Engineers—to help them deliver unique value and exceptional experiences throughout the construction process. Jason has nearly 20 years of experience in construction, including as a senior superintendent on some of EMJ’s biggest projects. He is certified in 30-Hour OSHA, CPR/First Aid, Safety Trainer Supervisor (STS), and CQC – US Army Core of Engineers. Jason lives in Dallas, but returns home to Seneca, Missouri, every chance he gets. He enjoys the outdoors, hunting, serving his church and community, and spending time with his three adult sons.

Keith Starkes

Keith Starkes leads EMJ’s Dallas Preconstruction team. He provides overall leadership and management of the client experience process and serves as a champion for EMJ’s clients, strategic vision and mission. Keith joined EMJ in 2004 after attending the Texas A&M University-Commerce, where he earned a degree in construction science. Since that time he’s worked in every department at EMJ, as well as with world-class owners and design teams. He is dedicated to serving his colleagues and clients, as well as offering a steady and pragmatic voice to help ensure EMJ delivers value on each project. Keith lives in Farmersville, Texas, with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, hunting, attending church, and watching his children compete in sports.

Jacob Wadlington

Jacob Wadlington works closely with the Executive Vice President of the Dallas team to build client relationships and pursue new work. Jacob has extensive experience in the real estate and construction industries and brings strong relationships with clients in a variety of real estate market sectors throughout Texas. Previously, Jacob led business development efforts for an engineering firm. Jacob earned a Bachelor of Science from Lipscomb University and a Masters of Science from Texas Christian University. He lives in Coppell, Texas, with his wife and two sons.
