The estimate review is a comprehensive review of the work estimate, contracts, and project schedule, including delivery dates.
Everyone involved should be fully prepared to discuss the status of subcontracts, purchase orders, and any materials to be field-purchased. Before this meeting, the Project Manager and Superintendent should review subcontracts and purchase orders in order to discuss potential scope and schedule issues.
Use the sample Estimate Review Agenda for a guideline agenda, found in Procore as a template in the Meetings tool. During this meeting, the Project Team reviews the initial cost report.
The Project Manager, coordinating with the Precon Manager, schedules this meeting.
