OVERVIEW
This 100,670-square-foot retail store in Grand Prairie, TX, is a new-build project situated on a 12.48-acre site. Construction included earthwork, moisture conditioning, utilities, concrete paving, and the addition of a new deceleration lane. The building was constructed with precast insulated wall panels, structural steel, and structural light-gauge metal framing. The exterior featured wood siding, stone veneer, stucco, TPO roofing, and asphalt shingles.
