EMJ has appointed Rob Bundy as General Counsel of its construction division.
An attorney with 17 years of combined legal and construction experience, Rob joined EMJ as legal counsel in 2019. In his new role, he will be responsible for providing legal and risk management leadership to EMJ’s construction teams.

Rob graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School with honors. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Before pursuing a career in law, Rob was the founder and president of a renovation company. Rob, his wife Brooke, and their three children live in Frisco, Texas.
