The AutoZone Park baseball stadium is a development located in Memphis, Tenn., for the Memphis Redbirds, the AAA affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals. The development spans 62,500 square feet and contains 14,384 seats. The construction places entries to the stadium at the main seating concourse level with two upper club levels overlooking the depressed field. The stadium’s amenities include 48 luxury suites, an amusement area, picnic pavilion, clubhouses and locker rooms, concessions and gift shops and indoor batting cages. The stadium is built using precast concrete structures and seating risers along with structural steel framing for the enclosed areas. The design of the stadium and its associated parking garage with historical characteristics fit seamlessly into Memphis’ existing downtown.
