OVERVIEW
This 109,672-square-foot project is a new, ground-up, single-story Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World built on a 19.32-acre site. The building is being constructed with structural steel, cast-in-place concrete tilt wall panels, and metal stud-framed exterior walls, topped with a TPO membrane and asphalt shingle roofing system. The interior features include the Bass Pro Shops signature aquarium and mezzanine, while the exterior showcases a custom oil derrick structure honoring the local oil industry.
