OVERVIEW
This project involved the renovation of a single-story building into a Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World retail store. The store features retail sales areas for outdoor-related items, stock rooms, a boat sales floor, a boat service center, an archery range for product testing, gun sales, an indoor aquarium, and various back-of-house spaces. The building was constructed with a non-combustible structure consisting of a steel main frame, concrete panel walls, and metal stud wall construction. Exterior finishes convey a lodge-style appearance with wood siding, stone bases and wainscoting, a fireplace and chimney, and a Hartford green standing seam roof.
