OVERVIEW
Phase I of Crossroads Community spans 35 acres and includes 262 units across three building types. The project features six residential buildings — all 4-/5-story splits with open-air corridors and elevators, along with seven garage buildings. Floor plans range from 532-square-foot studio units to1,323-square-foot three-bedroom units, each with Class A finishes. Amenities include a swimming pool, fitness room with yoga studio, grilling and fire pit area, dog wash, and playground.
