OVERVIEW
Harper’s Station Yorktown is a 166,024-square-foot, wood-framed senior living community. This project was built as a single-building development featuring a three-story independent living section, a two-story assisted living area, and a one-story memory care facility. Harper’s Station was constructed on a 9-acre site with significant underground storm detention.
