Overview
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites is a 181-room, six-story hotel totaling 107,005 square feet. Located in close proximity to SeaWorld Park, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites shares its site with TownePlace Suites, which was also built by the EMJ team. The hotel is constructed from a combination of block and plank as well as structural steel, while the exterior skin has been designed to incorporate EIFS, cultured stone, and glass accents capped with a combination of TPO and metal roof systems.
