OVERVIEW
EMJ partnered with Catalyst HRE on this 51,500-square-foot, post-acute rehabilitation hospital that focuses on increasing strength and endurance and improving quality of life for patients who no longer need full-fledged hospital care but are not ready to return to their homes following an injury, illness or surgical procedure. The new hospital includes inpatient and outpatient services.
The hospital is operated by Post Acute Medical LLC (PAM), a healthcare operator that provides post-acute care and rehabilitative services and features 60 beds for medically complex patients with a wide variety of needs.
