OVERVIEW
Upon completion, Swift Transportation Terminal located in Houston, Texas will be a 23,032-square-foot, new two-story pre-engineered metal building (PEMB). The scope included a complete interior fit-out to serve as a service terminal for a private fleet of tractor-trailer vehicles, along with office space, classroom-style training areas, a driver’s lounge, and amenity spaces. The full scope of work also encompassed mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, utility site work, and structural engineering.
