OVERVIEW
This 47,918-square-foot project consisted of a full tenant finish-out for a new grocery store at 8701 West University Drive, serving as an anchor for McKinney’s West Grove District. Construction included refrigeration installation, slab-on-grade construction, framing and drywall, painting, storefront installation, millwork, and additional scopes of work.
