Two of EMJ’s projects, Palm Beach Outlets, West Palm Beach, Fla., and Fountains of Farah, El Paso, Texas, are finalists for ICSC’s U.S. Design and Development Awards. Palm Beach Outlets has been nominated under the category of New Developments between 150,000 – 500,000 square feet, and The Fountains of Farah has been nominated under the category New Developments over 500,000 square feet.
Palm Beach Outlets is 495,000 sf and includes 10 individual buildings of various sizes with over 100 tenant spaces and a food court area. The project also involved the complete redevelopment of the entire 87 acre site and miles of underground utilities.

The Fountains of Farah is a 600,000 sf lifestyle center on a 70 acre site. The project includes a retail space, parking garage with 125,000 sf retail space, 130,000 sf outparcel buildings, and five 4,000 sf “jewel” buildings.
