Farmer Brothers breaks ground on new Dallas headquarters

farmers
Farmer Brothers has chosen EMJ as their Design-Build Contractor for their new corporate headquarters in Dallas, which will include state-of-the-art coffee bean production facilities, offices, and distribution facilities.
The opportunity came to EMJ when Farmer Brothers’ broker was driving through Dallas searching for potential properties for the corporate headquarters, which are currently in Torrance, California. He saw fence screening with the EMJ and Stream logos on a spec building at Connect Park, and was intrigued by the partnership. Farmer Brothers ideally wanted a developer with a team mentality and approach, and the broker believed we would be a good fit.

EMJ now has a contract with Farmer Brothers for a $25 million, 570,000 sf facility on 28 acres of land. The groundbreaking ceremony was August 11th, and construction will commence this September.
Many of EMJ’s core values align with Farmer Brothers’, and we believe this partnership will be mutually valuable. We believe our collaboration with Farmer Brothers will be beneficial to them and us while bringing the promise of C2C® value to life throughout construction planning and phases.
