At EMJ, recognizing the achievements and encouraging the development of our our people are at the forefront of our company’s strategy each year. We want to take a moment and celebrate two well-deserved promotions in our Southeast office.
David Lindsey has been promoted to Superintendent. David has worked on several notable projects during his six years at EMJ, including the McCallie School, High Point Climbing and Fitness Gym, and River Rock—an urban 163-unit, mixed-use community in Chattanooga’s downtown Riverfront district. Congratulations, David!
Patrick Scheele has been promoted to Assistant Project Manager. Notable projects Jacob has worked on during two years at EMJ include the University of Tennessee at Martin STEM Building and Watersound Fountains Independent Living—a four-story building featuring 148 independent living apartments as well as planned amenities including a spa, a wellness center, a pool and multiple dining venues in Seagrove Beach, Fla. Congratulations, Patrick!
