Overview
EMJ provided preconstruction, design phase, and general construction services for a 121,561 square-foot assisted living and memory care facility in Farmington, Conn. This project includes 30 memory care units and 90 assisted living units. The three-story, wood-framed building features masonry veneer and cement board siding, underground retention, and bentonite waterproofing. Amenities include a memory garden, full kitchen, dining areas, 2,100 feet of bicycle path, a luxurious salon/spa, theater, indoor pool, and a golf simulator.
