OVERVIEW
Opening in 2026, Erlanger Park will be the new home of the Chattanooga Lookouts and a dynamic, year-round destination for sports, entertainment, and community events. Located in the South Broad District, the venue is part of Chattanooga’s first Community Benefits Agreement, ensuring meaningful, long-term impact for local residents.
Blending the city’s industrial heritage with modern design, Erlanger Park will incorporate two preserved historic buildings:
-
The Pattern Shop (1936): The centerpiece of the park, this restored structure will house a spacious indoor event venue with 17,000+ sq. ft. of open space, a 7,500 sq. ft. deck overlooking the field, a food hall, and the Lookouts’ offices.
-
The Powerhouse (1882): The oldest building on site, this riverfront landmark will serve as the park’s main entrance and a flexible, two-level event space with indoor and outdoor areas.
Together, these elements make Erlanger Park a premier gathering place for Chattanooga and a key anchor in the revitalized Foundries District.
operational excellence, proactive planning, and collaborative approach
Since 1968, we have taken pride in constructing and renovating some of the Scenic City’s most iconic buildings, including the current home for the Chattanooga Lookouts at AT&T Field.
“They don’t miss a day, and they are on it all the time…They’ve got enough under cover right now that on rainy days they can shift resources and do some different things. They’re still on time and moving in the right direction.”
