Overview
Milford Marketplace is a 107,000 square-foot retail center development on Boston Post Road. The development consists of various tenants including Jos. A Bank, Cold Water Creek, Justice, Chico’s, White House Black Market, Ann Taylor Loft, Tenga, Blue Tulip and others, as well as a 30,000 square-foot shell for Whole Foods. The exterior front façades consist of Hardi Plank siding, reclaimed wood siding, EIFS, cultured stone, split-face CMU, and decorative precast concrete. Various sidewalk site amenities include brick pavers, sidewalk planters, decorative site lighting, and benches. The team’s site work also involves constructing the shell building and a few interior fit-ups and the demolition of an existing furniture store and warehouse building. Other tasks consist of off-site improvements, new traffic signals, and the widening of Route 1.
