OVERVIEW
EMJ partnered with Catalyst HRE on this 74,636-square-foot, post-acute rehabilitation hospital that focuses on increasing strength and endurance and improving quality of life for patients who no longer need full-fledged hospital care but are not ready to return to their homes following an injury, illness or surgical procedure. The new hospital includes inpatient and outpatient services.
The two-story hospital is operated by Post Acute Medical LLC (PAM), a healthcare operator that provides post-acute care and rehabilitative services and features 60 beds, including 42 short-term and 18 long-term beds. This project also brings a new health option to the region, creating new jobs and potential work for local contractors and suppliers.
