EMJ’s team performed a complete renovation of the 152,000-square-foot Shelby County government building, including a new exterior glazing system. The 12-story project was completed over various phases to ensure that government operations within the building were uninterrupted during construction, requiring extensive planning, scheduling, and temporary construction measures.
