The Whole Food Market project located in Highland Village, Texas, spans 62,000 square feet, including a 12,000 square-foot mezzanine. Its structure consists of structural steel and mason exterior finish. The project also includes a 150-foot canopy comprised of radius glulam beams brought from Oregon. This Whole Foods Market development features a high-end spa, which provides everything from a wet massage to a shower to a pedicure. The spa occupies well over half of the mezzanine level. As the only Whole Foods to have a spa to date, its spa area has arched hallways, a whole body retail space, and a balcony with a seating area.
