Overview
EMJ Construction has built two CubeSmart storage facilities to-date. The first is a four-story 100,012-square-foot self-storage facility in Winter Park, Florida with 10,145 square feet of retail space on the first floor. Construction is tilt-wall panels with steel columns/joists and the exterior features paint, EIFS, storefront, fabric awnings, and TPO roofing. The interior is a dark shell for retail, a small office area, and storage units throughout the upper floors. The EMJ project team overcame the difficult challenge of installing the 60-foot tilt-wall panels on a small and populated site. The second is a five-story 94,900-square-foot storage facility in Tamarac, Florida.
