Overview
EMJ constructed the 684,000-square-foot mixed-use development at Mayfaire Town Center. The three-phase project included two four-story structures and 11 neighboring buildings that house retail, residential, office, restaurant and entertainment space. EMJ also performed all site work on the 401-acre development, including more than 130 acres of wetlands that required both on-site mitigation and protection.
