Overview
EMJ provided preconstruction and construction management services for the 48-acre corporate campus of BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. The LEED Gold-certified project is the largest construction project to date in Chattanooga.
EMJ also performed all site work, installed utilities, and performed over 28 acres of site work, including additional roads and four distinctive landscape and hardscape areas. Additionally, EMJ constructed the site's 1.4 million-square-foot precast parking deck that is tiered into the hillside and allows parking for 3,950 cars.
